Dentistry

University of Toronto - St. George Campus

Professionnel

U of T offers a 4-year program leading to a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Two years of undergraduate Life Science and 1 year of Humanities or Social Science study are required. Academic prerequisites include a general biochemistry course, a basic mammalian physiology course, 2 full courses in life sciences and 1 humanities or social sciences course. Candidates also must submit Canadian Dental Aptitude Test (DAT) scores.

Droit – Common Law

University of Toronto - St. George Campus

Professionnel

Three-year program leading to a JD degree. Three years of undergraduate study are required; however, almost all admitted students have completed a 4-year undergraduate degree. There are no required academic prerequisite courses. LSAT is required. Most successful applicants present an "A" or higher on their best 3 full-time undergraduate years of study.

Education

U of T offers two-year programs leading to a Master of Education (MEd), Master of Teaching (MT), or Master of Arts in Child Study and Education (MA CSE) degree. An undergraduate degree is required. Preference is given to those who have attained a high academic average in a four-year degree program and to those with relevant experience.

University of Toronto - St. George Campus

U of T offers a 4-year program leading to an MD degree. Three years of undergraduate study are required. Academic prerequisites include 2 full-course equivalents in life sciences and 1 full-course equivalent in humanities, social sciences or languages. MCAT is required.

Nursing

University of Toronto - St. George Campus

Professionnel

U of T offers a 2-year program leading to a BScN degree. Two years of undergraduate study with 10 university full-course equivalents is required. Academic prerequisites include 1 credit each in human physiology; life or physical sciences; social sciences; humanities; and a half-course in statistics. At least a "B" average in final year of university study.

Pharmacy

University of Toronto - St. George Campus

U of T offers a 4-year program leading to a PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) degree. Normally, 2 years of undergraduate study is required to complete all prerequisite university-level subjects. University-level subject requirements include: Introductory Biology, Introductory Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Calculus, Statistics, Biochemistry, Human Physiology, English, and Humanities/Social Science. In addition, Physics is required minimally at the grade 12 level (SPH4U or equivalent). Other requirements include the Pharmacy College Admission Test (PCAT) and an admission interview.

Physician Assistant

University of Toronto - St. George Campus

U of T offers a 2-year (24 consecutive months) program leading to a BScPA. Two years of undergraduate study with 10 university full-course equivalents are required. Academic prerequisites include a cumulative GPA of at least 2.7 on the OMSAS 4.0 scale. A full-year postsecondary course in each of Chemistry, Human Anatomy and Physiology is preferred.
